PEPEtide runs in any modern browser with no installation or sign-up required. This guide walks you through everything from opening the app to having a fully populated dosing calendar. The whole flow takes about five minutes.

Browser compatibility

PEPEtide works on all major modern browsers:
  • Chrome / Edge 90 or later
  • Firefox 88 or later
  • Safari 14 or later
  • iOS Safari (iPhone and iPad)
  • Chrome for Android
For the best mobile experience, install PEPEtide as a Progressive Web App. See Install PEPEtide on your device for step-by-step instructions.

The setup flow

1

Open the app in your browser

Navigate to the PEPEtide web app in one of the supported browsers listed above. No sign-up prompt will appear — the app opens directly to the dashboard. The dashboard shows four summary counters (active peptides, active vials, active protocols, and today’s doses) along with a safety alerts banner. Both will be empty until you add data.
2

Add your first peptide

Navigate to Add Peptide in the sidebar or from the dashboard quick actions.Fill in the peptide name (for example, BPC-157 or TB-500). The following fields are optional but recommended:
  • Description — what the peptide is commonly used for
  • Dosage range — minimum and maximum dose in mcg or mg
  • Benefits — effects commonly reported
  • Contraindications — conditions or medications to be aware of
  • Warnings — safety notes
  • Storage instructions — temperature and light requirements
  • Shelf life — unopened and reconstituted shelf life
Alternatively, navigate to Community and search for an existing peptide. Click Add to My Peptides to import it directly into your personal library.
Importing from the community database pre-fills dosage ranges, benefits, and warnings based on user submissions, saving you time.
3

Add a vial

Navigate to Add Vial and select the peptide you just created.Enter the following:
  • Vial size — the total peptide mass (for example, 5 mg)
  • Bacteriostatic water added — the volume used to reconstitute (for example, 2 mL)
  • Received date — when you got the vial
  • Reconstitution date — when you added the water (PEPEtide auto-calculates a 6-week expiration from this date)
  • Batch number (optional) — for tracking purposes
Once saved, the vial appears in Vial Management with its calculated concentration and expiration date. You’ll receive an automatic alert 7 days before it expires.
Not sure how much bacteriostatic water to use? Use the Reconstitution Calculator to find the optimal amount for your target dose. Navigate to Calculator, enter your vial size and target dose, and follow the recommendations.
4

Build a dosing protocol

Navigate to Protocol Builder and configure your schedule:
  1. Select the peptide from your library.
  2. Select the vial you just added.
  3. Enter your target dose (in mcg or mg).
  4. Choose a frequency — daily, every other day, or weekly.
  5. Set the duration in weeks.
  6. Choose your preferred time of day.
  7. Click Create Protocol.
PEPEtide immediately auto-populates your calendar with every scheduled dose for the entire protocol duration.
The protocol builder validates your target dose against the common dosage range you entered for the peptide. If your dose falls outside that range, you’ll see a warning — this is informational only and does not block the protocol.
5

Track doses on the calendar

Navigate to Calendar. You’ll see the current month with colored indicators on every day that has a scheduled dose.To log a dose:
  1. Click any date to open the day’s dose panel.
  2. Review the scheduled doses listed.
  3. Tap Mark Taken next to the dose you completed.
PEPEtide records the exact completion time and turns the day green once all doses are marked taken. Partial completion shows yellow; fully missed days show red.You can also add a free-text note to any individual dose — useful for recording observations or adjustments.
